When the cameras stopped rolling I faced challenges that tested me off-camera — personal struggles, setbacks and the hard grind of rebuilding a new purpose.
I fought my way back with discipline, training and a warrior mindset. Today I coach people who want to get stronger, build muscle and develop the mental edge that lasts a lifetime.
